Can I still shop?
We are open again for orders, and you may shop as you would normally.

Why is my order delayed?Although we’re back up and running, your order may take slightly longer to reach you. We are aiming to deliver orders within 3 - 5 days however a few of them can take up to 14 days due to delays caused by Covid-19. Stay tuned for email updates when your purchase is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer flat rate delivery fee of Rs. 75 on all orders shipped nationwide.

Can I order from outside of India?
Absolutely. We can ship outside of India but we are sorry that we won't be able to provide a flat rate outside of India. Please email our team at hello@chapterandink.com to find out more.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver all our orders within 3 - 5 days.  However, we are experiencing some delays due to Covid-19. You will also receive email updates from us with detailed delivery information.

How can I find out the status of my order?
Please email our team at hello@chapterandink.com. They will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

What is Chapter & Ink's return policy?
We offer a 14 day, no grumble policy from the date you receive your order. We are happy to refund in full or exchange any item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in their original packaging or equivalent with all labels still attached.

If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?
On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 days from receipt of goods for the refund to process. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded.
